Profile: Katie studied sociology at Liverpool university, writing her final year dissertation on the social effects of a failing health care system. After getting her dissertation published, Katie decided to continue with writing on the subject and joined GDS shortly after she graduated. Katie enjoys horse riding and is a member of her local book club.
